 Our Prospectus - Part 1

1.

Target Groups
1.1 Farmers, Growers and Fishermen involved in the up-stream

This relates mainly to the up-stream in the Agricultural Sector. In order to supply their products to the main stream, they are depending on the down-stream storage facilities, which will secure them an optimal quality based and fresh product-flow.

Perishable- and Fresh Procurement Centers will make them independent from the middlemen, who have been controlling their income and product-flow for a long time.

A number of Asian countries are depending on supplementary imports of their food demand and for that reason their Governments have made food funds and various incentives available for related investments by supporting service providers in order to reduce their Trade Deficit.

In those countries, where there is an overproduction in Food, similar incentives are available to increase export.

A number of Iglo's Project Companies can benefit from of these incentives.

1.2 Manufacturers in the market segment of Food, Pharmaceutical and Electronic Components

This covers the main part of our volume and are major global- and regional manufacturers, as well as renown domestic players in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) market.

Most of the food volume will be frozen to extend the shelf life and are made up of mostly renowned global brands.

The pharmaceutical volume concerns stockpile and preservation as well with the required storage temperature of around +20°C.

The electronic components are mostly semi conductors, stored at -5°C, in order to avoid condensation.

1.3 Food Processors

These are mainly local food processors, which are depending on bulk frozen imports and will reprocess those raw materials into finished products.

Most of them are very much relying on 3rd. Party Service Providers, while they need various value-added services for their total product-flow.

Since their volume is subject to seasonal influences, investment priority is given to production related innovations, rather than in logistics.

1.4 Retailers of Mini-, Super- and Hypermarkets

In particular in the more densely populated areas, this will entail quite a big volume to be handled and is linked to the micro distribution network.

1.5 Fast Food Outlet operators

This group includes the renown global and some domestic fast food outlets operators, which represent a large part of our volume and of our customers, while most of their products are imported in bulk and are reprocessed into finished products, or after specific processing methods into a variety of promotional products as well.
