From general goods...We have altogether  three warehouses with a total storage space of 215,000 square feet for general and bonded goods.  Our warehouses can cater to a wide range of products, from dry food to semiconductors.  And our services allow for lease flexibility to suit customers’ need for storage - typically, short to medium term for bonded goods awaiting for custom clearance, and longer-term lease for third party’s own warehousing management.

To cold storage products...Haisan is also the leading temperature-controlled logistics provider in the region.  Currently, we have MTC facilities in Malaysia, China, and Philippines.  All our MTC facilities are equipped with modern handling technology with covered elevated loading platforms, container parking bays, inflatable dockseals, and adjustable dock levelers.  Our loading equipment and procedure ensure a “continuous cold chain” during transfer of products, thus preserving the quality and freshness of chilled and frozen food.
